5.) Ring in 2026 with ALL your friends and neighbors at Austin’s New Year

For those who don’t mind crowds, Auditorium Shores is probably the best place to watch fireworks, hands down. Hundreds of thousands of folks show up each year. The annual celebration takes place at Auditorium Shores, starting at 7 p.m. Expect a night full of live music from The Head and The Heart, Chaparelle, Tameca Jones and The Point., followed by a drone show and spectacular fireworks display to ring in 2026. There will also be food trucks and drinks available for purchase on site. 

4.) Take the kids to a Noon Year’s Eve Party

Ring in 2026 with the Austin Public Library at a time that work for your little one. Make crafts, dance and snack your way into the New Year. Plus, you won’t want to miss the balloon drop countdown to noon! Happening at Terrazas Branch, Little Walnut Creek, Twin Oaks, and Windsor Park.

3.) Get your party on all day long at St. Elmo’s Brewing
