One of the most Instragrammed spots in Austin, Ramen Tastu-ya, consistently makes blogger lists for best ramen as well as one of the favorite restaurants of Austin bloggers in general. In fact the restaurant is so popular, is spawned a spin-off, the East side Texas-Japanese izakaya spot called Kemuri Tatsu-ya.

Loro

Loro is an Asian smokehouse and bar that comes to us from Tyson Cole of Uchi and Aaron Franklin of Franklin Barbecue. With those two powerhouses at the helm, it’s no wonder Austin bloggers love this place.

You can’t miss this trendy East Austin spot as it’s painted millennial pink! The Mexican restaurant specializes in home-made masa dishes and mezcal drinks, which are all the rage with bloggers and alcohol enthusiasts alike.

Holy Roller

Odd Duck

A farm-to-table restaurant located on South Lamar, Odd Duck is owned by five-time James Beard award finalist Bryce Gilmore. Shaped by a craftsman’s approach to cooking, Austin culture, and product for area farmers combine to make for inspired dishes bloggers adore. It also boasts an outstanding happy hour starting at 2:30 and running until 6:30 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday.
