Trails: The park boasts an impressive 15 miles of wandering trails. Visitors will find that there are more than enough trails and paths tucked into the park to explore a different area on every visit. The trails are not paved, so they are not stroller friendly. However, despite a few roots and loose rocks the main trails should be an easy enough hike for the whole family.

Recreation: The park features entertainment for the whole family including a playground with areas for both big and little kids and a swimming pool (currently closed). There are also five softball fields, two basketball courts, and a volleyball court available.
