Texas Book Festival
The Texas Book Festival is one of the most prestigious literary events in the US. Founded in 1995 by former First Lady of Texas Laura Bush, the festival brings together hundreds of authors for readings, panels and signings. The event is free and open to the public, taking place at the Texas State Capitol and surrounding downtown area.
