Alissa Bayer founded milk + honey in 2006 to bring the restorative urban spa experience she loved in cities like New York and San Francisco to her new home in Austin. Inspired by a belief in holistic wellness and a passion for helping others feel their best, she set out to create a space that blended expert care with deep intention. What began as one location in Austin has grown into a trusted oasis across Texas, California and Chicago.
