The square is lit up throughout the holiday season but that’s not all that makes this town worth a visit. Their Christmas stroll is a journey through a whimsical wonderland of candy canes, gumdrops and peppermint delights! This year, the Downtown Georgetown Association transforms Historic Downtown Georgetown into a Candyland Christmas Stroll – A Sweet Stroll Through Georgetown. The FREE three day event is happening December 5 through 7 with live music and entertainment, delicious dining options, and sweet treats from local restaurants and food vendors. Be sure to stroll through the Square’s candy-themed storefronts, snap photos with oversized candy props, and savor every magical moment of this Georgetown tradition.
