A rising star in Austin’s pizza scene, Pedroso’s Pizza blends classic styles with bold creativity. Started in 2020 as a modest food trailer on Burnet Road, it has since expanded to include a square-pie trailer in Round Rock and a take-out counter inside Lala’s Little Nugget in Brentwood. Alongside Neapolitan-inspired New York-style slices, the menu also features Trenton tomato pies, Detroit- and Sicilian-style square pizzas, hearty Grandma-style pies, strombolis, calzones and subs.
