Living in different cities across the country for the past few years, Austin transplant and musician Alex Rose plays soft indie rock that is perfect for the genre’s evolving scene in Austin.
Perhaps the most creative musical group in town, indie rock bands know how to fill fans with joy and plenty of good feelings, which is what Rose does with her latest single, “Sherbet Colors.” Backed by a simple drum beat, a prominent bass line, and vocals that drive the song, Rose delivered a new sound that we can’t get enough of.
If this is representative of what’s to come from Rose, we can’t wait to watch her perform live.
