When out-of-states come to Texas, we ALWAYS make sure to take them to one of our favorite Tex-Mex spots, Lupe Tortilla! We not only love this place for its ambiance, its free and abundant chips, salsa and bean apps, and creamy queso, but we also love it for… hold the phone, THEIR SIZZLING BEEF FAJITAS! These amazing lime-marinated fajitas are naturally gluten free, melt-in-your mouth goodness that comes to your table on a sizzling skillet with endless sides of shredded cheese, guacamole, pico and sour cream included. These fajitas are so good in fact that Vanessa had them catered at her wedding last November!
