It’s that time of year again, the weather is getting cooler, by 10 degrees, and fall flavors like all time favorite Pumpkin Spice are slowly making an appearance all over Austin.
While some of you love pumpkin spice, some of you also really dislike pumpkin spice. For example, Southside Flying Pizza made it adamantly clear last year that they do NOT offer anything pumpkin flavored.
But lucky for all you pumpkin flavored fans, many other Austin businesses do.
Here’s where you can get your pumpkin spice fix on in the ATX!
Pumpkin Spice Macarons, Muffins, and Draft Latte, Oh My! | Mozart’s Cafe
This Austin staple is bringing back their fall dessert menu and they’re starting if off with a pumpkin spice grand macaron. Seriously, it’s huge! They’re also offering a gluten-free pumpkin spice muffin with cream cheese filling. If you’re looking for your caffeine fix, try their pumpkin spice draft latte! To quote Mozart’s Cafe, it’s okay to run.

Pumpkin Empanadas | La Mexicana Bakery
This one is for those of you out there who might not have such a big sweet tooth but still love pumpkin flavors. La Mexicana Bakery specializes in baking a wide selection of Mexican breads and pastries from cakes, pan dulces, bolillos and teleras, pralines, to rosca de reyes. So their empanadas have GOT to be good!
Fall Themed Macarons | The Magical Macaron
Not only does The Magical Macaron have pumpkin spice flavored macarons, they have pumpkin shaped macarons. If you’ve ever attempted to make macarons yourself, you’ll know that they’re difficult enough without added shapes and designs! The best part? They’re delicious. She’s finishing up her summer menu before releasing her full fall menu. So stay tuned!

Pumpkin Shake | Shake Shack
The pumpkin shake is back at the Shack! This delicious treat is made up of vanilla frozen custard, REAL pumpkin, marshmallows, cinnamon, nutmeg, whipped cream and toasted pumpkin seeds – in other worlds YUM!
Autumn Bomb Cocktail | Anthem
This Rainey Street restaurant and bar is celebrating their fall season with a specialty cocktail. While you may be skeptical of a pumpkin flavored cocktail, Anthem’s blend is pretty amazing! The cocktail is a combo of sweet potato shochu and pumpkin infused amber beer.
Seasonal Coffee Menu | Revival Coffee
Revival coffee announced that although they might not have a PSL back on the menu (yet), they ARE already kicking off their fall menu. Swing by for a cinnamon sugar cappuccino while you wait for pumpkin spice!
Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream | Amy’s Ice Cream
Since Fall in Texas still feels a lot like Summer in Texas why not enjoy a tasty scoop (or two) of pumpkin spice ice cream. Local favorite Amy’s Ice Creams has all your seasonal favorites. It’s the best of both worlds!
Fall Pies | Tiny Pies
We love you too, Tiny Pies. We especially love their fall menu because when we think fall, we think pies. There’s so many delicious options to choose from. The best part? They’re tiny so you won’t feel guilty getting one of everything! Just maybe don’t eat it all in one sitting, or do. Who are we to judge?
Autumn Latte | Summer Moon
It’s a little too soon for chestnuts roasting on an open fire, so why not Summer Moon’s wood-fired espresso? Add in moon milk, and autumn spices and you’ve got the perfect autumn latte. Try it hot or ice. We suggest iced because fall weather is no where in sight.
Pumpkin Spiked Shake | Evo Entertainment
Pumpkin Spice isn’t the only thing that’s back. Movie theaters are now open, even though they are taking precautions to meet Covid-19 guidelines. So check the theaters website before you go! What’s better than a movie that’s not in your house for a change and with adult pumpkin spiked shake? We can’t think of anything.
Pumpkin Baked Goodies | Capital City Bakery
Attention Vegans, Capital City Bakery has all your fall needs. Try their pumpkin streusel muffins or their PSL cupcakes. The PSL cupcakes espresso buttermilk frosting – enough said.
Dairy-Free Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream | Sweet Ritual
Another great options for people with dietary restrictions. Sweet Ritual’s pumpkin spice is made with coconut milk and fall spices! Pick up a pint to go to enjoy at home.
Power Pumpkin Spice Latte | Picnik
If you’re eating keto, or a high-fat diet but still want your pumpkin spice fix, head to Picnik. Their PSL is made of coffee, butter, MTC oil, maple syrup, whey protein and of course pumpkin spice spices.
Pumpkin Pie Bao & Boba Tea | Bao’d Up
Pumpkin pie with a twist. Pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and pecans all inside a light and fluffy steamed bao bun. We love a good fusion dish! If that’s a little risqué for you try their pumpkin spice boba tea. It’s the perfect iced fall treat! Get both treats delivered from all four of Bao’d Up’s locations.
This is just the beginning! As we dive deeper into September more seasonal menus will start to be revealed. Stay tuned as we add more places to get your fix this year!
