A fun-filled day of health and wellness is coming to Fiesta Gardens in East Austin! Texas Wellness Day will feature a mix of wellness vendors featuring up-and-coming brands, beloved Austin favorites, and unique wellness experiences.
Groove to live music, learn some Texas-style dance moves, dive into a yoga flow, check out the Kids Zone, and challenge yourself with Texas Trivia! From innovative products to engaging activities, there’s something for the whole family at the ultimate wellness festival on September 7, 2024!
Here’s a breakdown of all the events happening at Texas Wellness Day!
ALL DAY: Beats from DJ DILLZ, tacos from Top Taco, and ice cream treats from Dulce Amor Mio.
- 9 a.m. – Kick Off/ Welcome
- 9:15 to 10 a.m. – Opening Wellness Activation by Liz Davis
- 10:15 to 11 a.m. – Yoga Led by Kaila Parker
- 11:15 to 11:40 a.m. – Dance Lessons with Erica Nix
- 12 to 1 p.m. – Trivia with Sober and Funky & Dance Party with DJ DILLZ
ALL DAY: Kids Soft Play Zone by The Confetti Crew & PorTREATS by Gigglebox benefitting DSACT.
Yoga Peace School Schedule:
- 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. – Family Friendly Yoga for all ages and all abilities
- 10:45 to 11:30 a.m. – The Zen Den – Mindfulness Tools for Breathing and Relaxation
