12 Days of Main Street in Round Rock

The City of Round Rock and Round Rock Arts bring holiday cheer to downtown Round Rock with the 12 Days of Main Street.

Highlights include:

Thursday, December 4, 2014 at 5:30 p.m.: First Thursday – A reception at ArtSpace to celebrate their new exhibit, Frozen: A Wintery Mix, and model trains. Come in your tacky Christmas sweater! 231 E. Main St.

Friday, December 5, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. : Christmas Family Night – Watch as Main Street gets illuminated and Santa arrives in his sleigh. Main Street.

Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 9 a.m.: Market Days – Christmas shopping can be done downtown! Find unique crafts, jewelry, home decor and more. Centennial Plaza, 301 W. Bagdad.

Sunday, December 7, 2014, from 2 to 5 p.m.: Santa Pictures at Sweet Love and Sugar Britches. $5 per photograph. 106 S Mays St.

Monday, December 8, 2014 at 6:30 p.m.: Holiday Puppet ShowOh no, Santa! will be presented by the Round Rock Public Library. All ages welcome. Round Rock Public Library, 216 E. Main St.

Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at 7 p.m.: Best Christmas Pageant Ever – Sam Bass Theater Youth Guild to perform vignettes of their featured December Play. Main Street Plaza, 221 E. Main Street.

Friday, December 12, 2014 at 6 p.m.: Movies Make a Difference Holiday Drive-In – Enjoy a drive-in movie double-feature downtown. At 6 p.m. watch Rise of the Guardians and at 8 p.m. Arthur Christmas. Cost is $25 per car load or $5 with two unwrapped toys for Toys for Tots. Concessions will be available on site. The evening also features a Zip It obstacle course run by Specialty Team of Medical Professionals, PLLC. 115 E. Bagdad Ave.

Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 7 p.m.: Guitar Performance – Childbloom Christmas Guitar Choir perform O’Henry’s classic, “Gift of The Maji.” City Council Chambers at City Hall, 221 E. Main Street.
