If you’re looking to avoid downtown altogether over the next week and a half or just aren’t able to make it to Austin for all of the fun, SXSW has you covered with a variety of programming from the SXSW Interactive at SXSW Live. Starting March 16, the SXSW Music Festival will stream from The North Door and a variety of other locations as the festival goes on. We’re obviously fans of not putting on actual pants, so we’re excited about this opportunity to participate from the couch.

Watch the festivities live below, and check out highlights from the Interactive schedule, along with the whole livestream’s music lineup, under the video. Happy SXSW, everyone!

A few highlights from SXSW Live programming include:

Friday, March 11

  • 1:00pm-Opening keynote from Casey Gerald, the founder and CEO of MBAs Across America, someone who Fast Company called one of “The Most Creative People in Business.”

Saturday, March 12

  • 12:30pm-It’s not an Interactive conference if we don’t talk about online media, and Buzzfeed’s Frank Cooper (CMO, CCO) is here to do just that at The Future of Media Companies.
  • 2:00pm-Take a moment to get centered with Brene Brown from the Daring Way and COURAGEworks at the Daring Greatly keynote speech that lets us know that being vulnerable can be a good thing.

Sunday, March 13

  • 12:30pm-It’s hard to imagine a world where Wikipedia doesn’t always come up at the top of search rankings (ok, I remember card catalogs), but there’s a lot more to this information portal. At Wikipedia: Beyond the Encyclopedia tech legend Guy Kawasaki and Wikipedia founder Jimmy Wales will discuss the future of the platform.
  • 3:30pm-Anthony Bourdain, the bad boy of the culinary world, will be dropping by for a discussion with Nathan Thornburgh of Roads & Kingdoms. The conversation will focus on food and the future of travel media.

Monday, March 14

  • 9:30am-If you’re just here for the food, we suggest Meet Nom: Food and the Future of Live Video with Steve Chen, co-founder and CTO of YouTube and Matt Duckor, senior editor of Epicurious.
  • USA Network’s Mr. Robot is certainly taking over SXSW-that giant ferris wheel downtown is a bit hard to miss, and in the Coding on Camera: Mr. Robot and Authenticity plans to break down the stereotypes of hackers on TV. Featuring actors Christian Slater, Remi Malick, and show creator and executive producer Sam Esmail, as well as Entertainment Weekly writer Kevin Sullivan, this panel is definitely not to be missed if you’re a fan of the show.

Tuesday, March 15

  • 5:00pm-The Interactive festival wraps up with closing remarks by journalist and science-fiction writer Bruce Sterling who will provide a “state of the world” assessment to conference-goers.
