Austin.com TuneBugz! Offers Free Demo Classes at 3 Locations

Summer is almost here and tuneBugz! invites you to enjoy a free demo music and movement class at any of their three locations, from Monday, June 27 to Saturday, July 2, 2016.

TuneBugz! offers Music Together®, the very best in research-based music and movement classes for early childhood. The Music Together philosophy is based on the idea that all children are born musical and can achieve music competencies like singing in tune and moving to the beat so long as their early environment is musically rich and supportive. Nurturing a child to be musical with Music Together and tuneBugz! is easy and fun! Parents are joining in with experienced teachers in modeling joyful musical behaviors while children are supported to participate at their own comfort level in a playful, developmentally appropriate exploration of music that is free of direct instruction and performance pressures.

Here are the Music Together classes being offered at tuneBugz! this summer:

Weekday & Weekend Class for Mixed Ages

The mixed-age/family class at tuneBugz! is the classic Music Together experience that supports music makers from birth through age 4 (older siblings are welcome!). Activities are developmentally appropriate for babies, toddlers, preschoolers and Kinder age. Songs and activities are easy for grown-ups to join in on and are thoroughly irresistible for the littles.

Evening Mixed-Age Pajama Jam Classes

This is the classic mixed-age class, but it is set in the evenings for an unforgettable summer of family music making. Don’t worry about the extra two hours of sunny evening time or the so-called “witching hour,” just get the kiddos jammied up and head out to tuneBugz!

Babies Only Classes

This is a one-time intro to Music Together class for infants and babies age birth through 8 months. This class is a gentler version of the mixed-age class made just for babies. The music, activities and materials are specifically focused on the developmental stages of the first eight months of life. Additionally, the experienced teachers offer parents a deeper look into how music development unfolds in the very young.
