Trail: Turkey Creek Trail is a 2.5 mile loop which crosses over a creek several times. The trail is marked every 1/4 mile. At some creek crossings, it becomes difficult to find the trail again, so it may be helpful to have a copy of the trail map, or to take a picture of the map at the trailhead before setting out. Please note that the trail does allow off-leash dogs, and has some points which are steep/rocky so it is not suitable for strollers.

Turkey Creek Trail at Emma Long Park is a beautiful shaded hike through a tree lined trail that runs next to and crosses over a creek several times. It offers a moderately challenging hike, views of limestone cliffs, and is even dog-friendly so it’s fun for the whole family.
