Georgetown has the most beautiful town squares in Texas but it’s also full of wineries, breweries, restaurants, art galleries, parks, public art, family-friendly attractions and more! This weekend they’re celebrating their 175 years anniversary with their annual Red Poppy Festival.
The Red Poppy Festival
Did you know that Georgetown is known as the Red Poppy Capital of Texas? In addition to the three-day festival in honor of the flower, they also have a map for where you can spot the beautiful flowers yourself.

Here’s what to expect from the festival:

- Car Show
- Arts and Crafts
- Photo Booths

This year’s headliner is Jamestown Revival! You can catch them at the Red Poppy Stage on Saturday, April 29 at 9:30 p.m.
