“Our team could not be more excited to finally unveil details surrounding Flyrite’s second location, and we look forward to now serving North Austin residents for years to come,” owner Kevin Warden said in an announcement. “The positive feedback and overall support from our first location on East 7th has been truly overwhelming, and we are so glad to call Austin our home. We cannot wait to get these grand opening celebrations underway, especially with all of the amazing giveaways we will be doing throughout the day, which will serve as a token of our appreciation to the entire Austin community.”
Flyrite Chicken was launched last year with the simple goal of making fast food real again. As part of the restaurant’s philosophy of serving fast food that patrons can feel good about, Flyrite only offers all-natural, mindfully sourced food, including vegetarian-fed chicken raised without antibiotics ever as the keystone menu option. Flyrite’s menu includes both delicious fried and grilled chicken sandwiches on whole wheat buns from the New World Bakery, chicken tenders, salads, and wraps, in addition to several vegan and gluten free options. The menu also features a variety of real ice cream shakes made without artificial ingredients or sweeteners, locally sourced coffee, and a rotating selection of local craft beers on draft, as well as sparkling and non-sparkling wine. Plus, the beloved Austin eatery launched an expansive breakfast menu this summer, which now includes fried chicken and waffles as well as traditional breakfast items. Find the full menu online.
