Austin’s Tele Novella recently released a new single titled “Heavy Balloon” via NPR‘s All Songs Considered, showing the world that they are back with their breezy brand of indie pop.

This well-done track is highlighted by how well laid out all of the instruments are, making this new gem so wonderful. Front woman Natalie Ribbon’s smooth and polished voice adds a pretty spark to the song, which serves as a great introduction to their upcoming full length album, House of Souls. The album is set to be released on Yellow Year Records on September 23rd. While “Heavy Balloon” is a catchy single, we are curious to hear what the rest of the album sounds like and are eagerly anticipating it, so keep your eyes open for this exciting new release.
