Tango with DJ G Plus Intro Tango Class

PreK Playtime: What Grows Here?

Let’s meet the plants and animals all around us! Explore a variety of creative play and STEM stations at your child’s own pace. Families with children of all ages are welcome, but children ages 18 months – 6 years old will enjoy it best. Some stations may not be appropriate for children who put toys in their mouths.

Learn to download books and use digital Library resources. Bring in your tablet, smartphone or eReader for help navigating the Virtual Library and Overdrive, downloading eBooks, audiobooks, digital magazines and more! Tech Time sessions take place at various Austin Public Library locations throughout town. Drop in anytime during the session. The estimated setup time for each device is about 20 minutes.
Kid-Friendly Yoga

Come stretch, breathe, move, dance, relax, create, and have FUN! These classes will include age-appropriate yoga and movement- including breathing, poses, games, stories, music, relaxation, meditation, and more. Your little yogi will get to practice fine and gross motor skills, social and group skills, and begin to learn mindfulness and breathing/calming tools.
