Update (below): Round Rock police have made an arrest.
Students and families in Round Rock are in shock this week over a hit-and-run accident that claimed the life of Stony Point High School teacher and coach Sean Kelley over the weekend.
Police are still searching for the driver of what they believe was a silver pickup truck that hit Kelley as he was leaving Rocky’s Piano Bar on Main Street. They’ve asked that anyone with any information about the incident come forward immediately.
Friends and family have launched a Kickstarter to fund a scholarship in Kelley’s name. Read more at KVUE.

Authorities announced around 2:30 p.m. on Monday that a suspect in the hit-and-run accident that killed Kelley is in custody. The person has not been identified. Stay tuned for more.
