Dance Around the World at the Dougherty Arts Center on Friday, January 23, 2015! Get inspired by four dance groups, representing different regions of the world, and live music to get you up and dancing.
From 7-9 p.m., the free Dance Around the World event will feature a folk fashion show of traditional costumes and dance lessons, interspersed between performances.
The line-up:
- Afrique Gninze
- The Love of China
- Ballet Folklorico MariCruz
- Austin International Folk Dancers representing Eastern Europe
- Korobushka playing songs from the Balkans
This event is free and family friendly.
