Indie punk group Party Plants released their song “Canibalou” earlier this year, which is a track that has made its way on to the Slack Capital 2016 compilation, released by Austin record label Austin Town Hall.
With its jumpy and fun back beat, as well as carefree “woo-hoos” throughout the chorus, this is a band that we wish we had discovered earlier. Though, they are still quite new to the Austin music scene — they formed in 2013.
