LEGO® KidsFest is coming to the Austin Convention Center in a few weeks, from Friday, September 4 through Sunday, September 6, 2015, and we have family 4-packs of VIK (Very Important Kid) tickets to give away! (Each VIK 4-pack is a $78 value.) VIK tickets grant access to the LEGO KidsFest preview event on Friday, September 4, from 3–4 PM, and also grant admission to the general admission session on Friday from 4–8:30 PM.

What is LEGO KidsFest?

The North American LEGO KidsFest is a giant LEGO event held over three days and filled with interactive, creative and educational activities for the whole family. LEGO KidsFest brings all of the creative hands-on, minds-on fun of LEGO building and experiences together in one activity- and entertainment-packed family event for children of all ages and builders of all skills and interests.
The LEGO KidsFest is comprised of a variety of fun activities, and there is something for every member of the family! All activities are included in the price of admission. Each of the daily sessions offers the same interactive activities and play areas, which means no one session is better than another to attend. New activities this year include LEGO Mindstorms, LEGO Movie, LEGO Fusion, LEGO Disney Princess, the Mixels, a LEGO Superheroes photo booth and more! And returning favorites include the LEGO Model Museum, Race Ramps, LEGO DUPLO®, LEGO Retail store and LEGO KidsFest Marketplace, the Big Brick Pile, LEGO Ninjago, and so much more.
Some more highlights offered each session include:
- Art Gallery: Bring out your inner artist: create and display a two-dimensional masterpiece.
- Brick Battle Zone: Don’t just watch from the sidelines — be a part of the show! Create, build and compete!
- Construction Zone: Encouraging creativity and play in children ages 5 and up.
- Creation Nation: Builders of all ages can express themselves LEGO-style on a giant map of the United States.

Ticket prices
Purchase tickets online at ShowClix:
- Children ages 2 and under: FREE
- Children ages 3–17: $19.50
- Seniors (ages 65+): $19.50
- Adults (ages 18–64): $22.50
Group sales of 25+ tickets are also offered to non-profit organizations only, and can be purchased with a credit card by calling 860-953-4500 ext. 145. Group tickets must be purchased by August 14, 2015 (three weeks in advance of the event).
