We’re honored to host artist John Mulvany at ARTSPACE on Saturday, February 22 at 2pm for our RECLAIMED Artist Talk.
Mulvany brings a different perspective to his artwork. Merging photography, paint and AI, taxidermy and contemporary landscapes, he creates digital collages that are then reimagined through paint.
Titled “Ghosts From the Dead Zoo,” Mulvany’s Artist Talk will discuss his pieces in RECLAIMED, and how he interpreted the theme; taxidermy animals and dioramas; the intersection of AI and art-making; collaboration and reclaiming the human experience of art-making; how artworks talk to each other; and the spaces between art and audience.
