Medicine Dance provides the opportunity for you to explore deeply intimate connections with both yourself and spirit through movement. Jessica Steinbomer will set the circle and provide gentle guidance to bring you into a deeper place of mindfulness and body awareness. Jason Traweek provides the sounds and drumming to guide your experience as you move through your journey. This is open to everyone of all abilities: no prior movement experience is needed.
***Note* -** This is NOT an ecstatic dance. Rather, this is a contemplative dance where the focus is inward. Eye contact, touch, and spectating are discouraged in this setting. We are together but on our own journeys.
Space is limited to 15 participants. Pre-registration is required. The address and instructions will be sent to you once you have registered.
