Medicine Dance provides the opportunity for you to explore deeply intimate connections with both yourself and spirit through movement. Spirit Lab provides the live music and drumming to guide your experience as you move through your journey. This is open to everyone of all abilities: no prior movement experience is needed.
*Note* – This is NOT an ecstatic dance. Rather, this is a contemplative dance where the focus is inward. Eye contact, touch, and spectating are discouraged in this setting. We are together but on our own journeys.
Space is limited to 10 participants.
Location: Private dance studio in the Travis Heights neighborhood, Austin, TX
