Tour distance is 1.1 miles round trip and takes about 90 minutes. You will be standing and walking for the entire tour. You need to dress comfortably (cave can be chilly) and wear closed toe shoes with good traction. The trail can be wet and slippery. There are 52 stone steps down to the cave entrance and back again. You may need to duck at several points on the tour. Most tours include a lights-out demonstration. Only trained service animals as defined by ADA are permitted to enter the cavern or park buildings.
