Bass Pro Shops, an outdoor retailer specializing in hunting, fishing, camping and other outdoor gear, is slated to open a store in Round Rock in 2015. The 104,000-square-foot store will be located at I-35, between County Road 111 and east Chandler Road. (To see a map of the location, click here.)
Why is this exciting news? Well, besides being a neat place to explore with kids, the huge store also hosts a bevy of free events for families. In the past year, Bass Pro Shops around the country offered Free Family Crafts, Free Family Summer Camp, Free Halloween Events, and more.
