ZACH Theatre camp is back with classes and camps at both the Downtown and North Campus. Spring classes and Spring Break camps are available now. Summer camps are available on January 23. A variety of options are offered for ages 3.5 through 18.
The ZACH’s classes and camps help young people find courage, creativity, and connection. Arts programs are not only fun, but they also provide a large list of benefits to their participants including boosting self-confidence, teaching cooperation, and boosting memory skills, among many others.
All classes, taught by professionals in the field, train young actors in creating theatre while having fun and learning essential skills. Programs for younger students focus on creativity, confidence, and teamwork in a supportive environment. Classes for grades four and up focus on deeper technique, performance skills, and preparing for the next big role.
Classes are held at two ZACH Theatre locations — the Downtown (1510 Toomey Road) and the North Campus (12129 North FM 620).
Some of the ZACH Theatre classes that kids can choose from include Broadway Kids: Encanto (K-2 and 3-5), Intro to Acting (3-5), Hip Hop Dance (3-5 and 6-8), Improv (3-5 and 6-12), and more.
