What to See, Do, and Eat at Magnolia in Waco

We can’t talk about Waco without talking about Magnolia. When we published our feature on the big small town, we really wanted to focus on all the other things the city has to offer. But we can’t ignore Magnolia!

Chip and Joanna Gaines have become household names these days. But the Waco natives never anticipated that when they opened the Magnolia Market on Bosque. Now, through their properties littered throughout the city, you can do it all. And so many visit to do just that.

Here are all the ways you can experience Magnolia in Waco!

Eat & Drink

Magnolia Table – Serving breakfast and lunch, all ingredients are sourced from local gardens and farms. Goods to go are also available.

Silos Baking Co – The first thing you need to do once you walk up to Silos is go inside the bakery. Upon walking in you will be hit with the sweet aroma of cupcakes! We can’t even recommend something because everything is delicious.

Magnolia Press – They now have their very own coffee shop and cafe at the silos. The couple wanted to create a cozy and inspiring shop where life resounds and community is created. Goal achieved!

Shop

Little Shop on Bosque – The original store Chip and Joanna opened in 2003 is still up and running. The store is now a warehouse for out of season or damaged items which are on sale. It’s a great place to pick up some discounts and see where it all started.

Magnolia Market – Located inside the Silos you can get everything you see on the website in store. From decor to t-shirts, it’s all set up just as you’d imagine Joanna would do.

Stay

Magnolia Vacation Rentals – You can even stay in three of Chip and Joanna’s renovated homes. Magnolia House, Hillcrest Estate, and Carriage House are all available to rent. They have weekday and weekend rates for each on their sites.

Of course, there’s SO much more to see in Waco.
