  1. 3rd Annual Summer Kick-Off Block Party (Round Rock)

    The RJF Team loves hosting free events throughout the year. It’s just one of the many ways that they like to give back to the community that has helped them become the #1 Local Listing Agent over the last decade. All you need are some blankets or lawn chairs! They’ll provide the rest.   2. Teen Night After Hours (Pflugerville)
    Friday, June 15 | from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. | Pflugerville Public Library, 1008 Pfluger St. W, Pflugerville
    It’s the height of the roaring ‘20s and Mr. Bartholomew Boddy has accumulated more than his fair share of wealth. He has stolen, blackmailed, cheated, and lied—and now he’s dead. Teens are invited to help solve the crime at this Clue-themed mystery scavenger hunt. This event is open to teens ages 12-18 and takes place after the library closes. Parents of participating teens may accompany their teen, but must stay with their teen at all times or wait in the Great Hall. Younger siblings are not permitted. Snacks will be provided while they last.
  3. Concert in the Park (Cedar Park)

    FREE concert in the park. Bring your lawn chair/blankets as there is plenty of space. You are welcome to bring your own picnic/ice chest. Please no glass containers. This week’s band: Austin Party Band.
  4. Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl  Free Outdoor Screening

    Mobile Loaves & Fishes invites you to a FREE movie night at Community First! Village. Grab chairs and a blanket, bring family and friends, and enjoy this special screeningGet there early to explore Community First! Village, pick your spot, and enjoy your favorite movie snacks. Hot dogs, milkshakes, popcorn, candy and drinks will be available for purchase (cash preferred). The event is free, however a $5 donation would be highly appreciated.
  5. Open House at Lockhart State Park (Lockhart)

  6. Free Family Fishing Event (Round Rock & Buda)
    Saturday, June 16, & Sunday, June 17 | from 1 to 4 p.m. | Bass Pro Shops, 200 Bass Pro Dr., Round Rock & Cabela’s, 15570 IH 35, Buda
    Bass Pro Shops founder Johnny Morris is challenging families to put down their digital devices and get outside this summer to discover the joys of fishing. The nationwide movement, Gone Fishing, features back-to-back weekends of free, family-friendly activities June 9 to 10 and 16 to 17 at Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s locations across North America.
  7. Old Town Summer Nights (Leander)
    Saturday, June 16 | from 6 to 9 p.m. | 100 N. Brushy, Leander
    Leander Old Town Summer Nights is a concert series, a small town shopping experience, a farmers market, dining, the Leander Car Show, and other small businesses in our regional area, hosted in partnership with the City of Leander & the Leander Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Center.  The 3rd Saturday of the month from June-October, 6 to 9 p.m.
  8. Dads Gone Wild Benefit Car Bike Show (Leander)
    Sunday, June 17 | from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. | RockPointe Church, 1070 CR 177, Leander
    This is no ordinary Father’s Day! At the annual, “Dads Gone Wild Benefit Car Bike Show,” guests can enjoy FREE Laser tag, a mechanical bull, two bounce houses, bungee run and inflatable slide, live music, prizes and more!  Bring your Cars, motorcycles, off-road vehicles. Car registration is FREE with a suggested donation that will be given 100% directly to Bikers Against Child Abuse on the day of the event. All car entries are welcome at 8 a.m.
  9. Lone Star Farmer’s Market (Bee Cave)
    Sunday, June 17 | from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. | Hill Country Galleria, 12700 Hill Country Blvd., Bee Cave
    Every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Hill Country Galleria hosts The Lone Star Farmers Market in their Central Plaza. Enjoy a beautiful summer day this Sunday, June 17 on the grassy lawn. This farmers market has over 40 great vendors, face painting and live music all at the Hill Country Galleria.
  10. Hartman Foundation Concerts in the Park
    Sunday, June 17 | from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. | Long Center, 701 W. Riverside Dr.
    These free ensemble concerts take place at the Hartman Concert Park in front of the Long Center City Terrace, and each Sunday a different ensemble of the ASO will be featured. A variety of music will be performed, from jazz and light classical to pops selections and film scores. Concertgoers are encouraged to bring a picnic dinner and blanket and make it a group outing.
