Yoga and Sound

Set some feel-good vibes for the week with mindful movement accompanied by sound therapy. Each week features a different style of yoga and live music. This week, enjoy a Mindful Movement All Level Flow with DJ Cassandra spinning up the tunes.
Monday Tango Dance Classes
Monday, September 12th | From 6:30 to 10 p.m. | Halycon Mueller, 1905 Aldrich Street
Everyone is welcome to a fun Tango night at Halycon Mueller. Evening starts with an intro lesson to authentic Argentine Tango (no experience or partner needed). Followed by two hours filled of social dancing by DJ G. This is a great way to extend the weekend! This event is 100% free.
Late at the Lake

Late at the Lake is Austin’s weekday beacon for professional local & touring musicians down to avid enthusiasts with a song or word to share. Anywhere from 25-40 of Austin’s finest singer-songwriters, poets, and professional musicians make their way to our deck to mutually encourage and inspire one another – and the rest of us! An open mic turned podcast platform (Patreon: Late at the Lake) your attendance is free and seating is open but reserve an Eticket through Eventbrite to claim 20% off your cafe purchase during the performance.
The Tiniest Comedy Showcase

This 50+ workout improves cardio health, flexibility, and strength while participants get to know other active agers in the community.
East Side Beer Runners

Longhorns Womens Soccer Game

Coffee with a Cop
Friday, September 16th | From 7 to 9 a.m. | Blend Nutrition, 200 University Boulevard, Round Rock
The mission of Coffee with a Cop is to break down the barriers between police officers and the citizens they serve. By removing agendas and allowing opportunities to ask questions, voice concerns, and get to know the officers in your neighborhood.
Dancing in Circles Art Showcase
Friday, September 16th | From 6 to 9 p.m. | Cherrywood Coffeehouse, 1400 East 38th Street
The Dancing in Circles installation at Cherrywood Coffeehouse displays artworks with a circular motif throughout the pieces to depict wholeness, spiritual transformation, as well as the artist’s own journey.
A reception will be held on Friday, September 16th from 6-8pm in the coffeeshop followed by musical performance. Cole McDonnell will be performing at 7pm on the outdoor stage. Physical artworks, augmented reality, and NFT pieces will be interwoven throughout the display.
