World’s Largest Swim Lesson at Rock’N River Water Park

Rock’N River Waterpark will be serving as a Host Location Facility for The World’s Largest Swimming Lesson 2022 event with FREE swim lessons.
Lawn Tennis
Friday, June 17th | From 2 to 9 p.m. | Jester King Brewery, 13187 Fitzhugh Road
USTA Texas will be hosting free Pop-Up Lawn Tennis at Jester King Brewery for all levels of play. There will be small doubles play within 10-minute rotations. Balls and racquets are provided. Free to play.
June Movie In The Park: Encanto

Wells Branch MUD presents our Movies in the Park Summer Series at Katherine Fleischer Park! Bring your blankets and chairs and enjoy a fun filled night with your family and neighbors. Admission is free, movie to start at twilight. Rated PG.

Dual Language Chinese Mandarin-English Storytime
Saturday, June 18th | From 10:30 to 11 a.m. | Milwood Branch, 12500 Amherst Drive
This all-ages storytime uses both Chinese Mandarin and English to present books, rhymes, finger-plays, and songs. Materials are not necessarily translated. The storytime flows naturally using both languages, allowing children to feel comfortable in a multilingual environment. No prior experience with Chinese is necessary to participate in.
Stay Black and Live: Juneteenth Weekend Festival

Stay Black & Live (SB&L) is a weekend-long celebration hosted by CarverMuseumATX and Six Square that takes place on June 18th and 19th. The weekend is full of free family-oriented activities, music, games, and more.
