  1. H-E-B Feast of Sharing – Tuesday, November 24 from 4-8 p.m. Join in the festivities and experience the joy with a holiday meal and good cheer at the annual H‑E‑B Feast of Sharing holiday dinner. The Feast of Sharing is the culmination of a year‑round commitment H‑E‑B makes to fighting hunger. In addition to a holiday meal, you can enjoy music, arts and crafts, kids activities, and even an appearance by Santa. (If you’d like to volunteer to help, click here.)  FREE!   2. Holiday Model Train Show – Wednesday, November 25 and Friday, November 27 from 12-5 p.m. The trains are back! Last year, over 7,000 people visited ArtSpace to see the model train show and local artwork. The train display is designed and operated by the Austin Tinplate Trackers. FREE but donations are welcomed. ArtSpace, 231 E Main St, Round Rock.
  3. Blue Genie Art Bazaar – Friday, November 27 from 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. The annual four-week holiday shopping extravaganza returns for its 15th year. Featuring more than 200 Texas artists, the bazaar offers FREE admission and a hassle-free shopping environment. All items featured at the bazaar must be handmade and include paintings, photography, prints, sculptures, jewelry, clothing, glassworks, and more. It is one of the best places to find unique gifts with a local touch. Marchesa Hall, 6226 Middle Fiskville Rd, Austin.

Santa on the Terrace – Friday, November 27 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Bring the kids for a FREE photo with Santa and Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, overlooking the best view in Austin! Kick off the holidays and take a break from mall madness this Black Friday when Santa Claus comes to the Long Center.  Sip delicious hot chocolate, enjoy some of Austin’s most delicious food trucks, and kick off the holiday season with Rudolph! Weather permitting; pictures are on a first-come first-serve basis. Being in line is no guarantee of getting your picture taken. Long Center, 701 W Riverside Dr, Austin. This event has been canceled due to the weather.
  5. Exploration Station: Black Friday at the Bullock – Friday, November 27 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Escape the crowds for a fun family holiday visit to the Bullock Museum. Explore the Story of Texas with FREE activities and art projects. Take a break from the hustle and bustle and bustle and drop in to make holiday ornaments and souvenirs. Exhibit admission is not included. Bullock Texas State History Museum, 1800 N Congress Ave, Austin.
