Trailer Food Tuesdays – Tuesday, August 16 from 5-9:00 p.m. Sample the delicious food trucks of Austin in one convenient location featuring the best view in town. The downtown skyline is the backdrop as 14-16 of Austin’s finest food trailers roll on to the City Terrace. Add family-friendly live music and Austin’s Best Downtown View, and you’ve got a huge hit. Bring your picnic blanket, friends, and family. View the music and food truck lineup here. Astronomy on Tap – Tuesday, August 16 at 7:30 p.m. In August, Astronomy on Tap will have three talks on large and massive galaxies, the awesomeness of supernova, and the influence of astronomy on classical music. There will be games and prizes to test your new-found knowledge and there is always lots of time to ask questions and interact with the presenters and other astronomers. All ages welcome. FREE! Texas Radio Live – Wednesday, August 17 from 6-8:00 p.m. Texas Radio Live brings you the very best Texas music with performances from Texas musicians. Living Springs Documentary Screening – Thursday, August 18 at 8:00 p.m. Living Springs, a documentary series about the history, science, culture and spiritual practices of Barton Springs will host its final full moon public screening featuring short videos from their on-going Barton Springs series. The screening is theme is Throwback Thursday and will feature 4 short favorites from the Living Springs vault. As a bonus, enjoy the amazing underwater world of Barton Springs accompanied by original music created especially for Living Springs by composer Graham Reynolds. Bring a chair or blanket to sit on. Gather at dusk or before. Screening begins at full darkness. Before or after the screening, take a swim in the Springs and join in the “Keep Austin Weird” tradition of howling at the full moon. FREE! Barton Springs South Entrance, Robert E Lee Rd, Austin.

Friday Night Flix: The Goonies (RSVP) – Friday, August 19 at 8:00 p.m. This outdoor screening is open to the public and FREE with RSVP. Pre-screening happy hour starts at 6:00 p.m. Screening starts at dusk. Lone Star Court, 10901 Domain Dr, Austin.
