Summer is Coming. HappiCampr Can Help Keep You Sane with These Camp Guides!

If you’re already thinking about the upcoming summer break (and you should be), Rebecca Cole, co-founder of HappiFamli has some helpful advice for you…

I’ve been a procrastinator my entire life. My teachers would say things like, “This isn’t a paper you can write last minute,” and I would take that as a challenge. Eventually, I made it out of school with relatively good grades, but I can’t help but look back and wonder if I could have achieved better results and avoided the constant all-nighters, caffeine jitters, and hyperventilation.

I thought that I would grow out of this habit as an adult, especially as a parent, but I didn’t. Just the other day, I went to register my four year-old for soccer. I was so proud of myself for remembering to do it before the deadline…until I saw that dreaded four-letter word: FULL.

I think this was a turning point for me. When it comes to my kid, I can no longer just wait until the deadline to hand things in like I did during my college days, especially with one billion days of summer vacation coming up. That’s why I’ve already been looking for summer camp information, even though it is only February. Fortunately, through the HappiFamli website, you can find HappiCampr, which provides these incredibly helpful summer camp and free/scholarship camp guides.

These guides make it super easy for someone like me to access an extensive list of summer camps so that I can register my child before they fill up! This is a big step for me. Thanks to HappiCampr, I don’t think I’m going to hear “I’m bored,” as often as I did last year. And, for once, I’m actually looking forward to summer break.

We also know that summer camps can sometimes be a bit tough on the pocketbook, so we’ve partnered with KidsActing to offer up a summer camp for free! Check out the info below to enter.
