A man driving on South MoPac Tuesday morning said someone in a car in front of him threw kittens out from a moving vehicle.
A driver called 911 stating he was driving southbound on MoPac near Bee Cave Road just after 9 a.m. when he saw someone throw a cat out of a moving vehicle.
