Smithsonian Magazine Museum Day Live! returns on Saturday, September 26, 2015. Fill out a short registration form and you will receive one ticket for two people to visit a participating museum on that day, for free!
There are 71 participating museums in Texas, including these five in Austin:
- Blanton Museum of Art
- Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center
- South Austin Popular Culture Center
- Neill-Cochran House Museum
- Austin History Center (free everyday)
You do have to request a ticket to a specific museum. You can get one ticket per household, for two people. The ticket will be available to download immediately after you complete the online registration form.
