Search warrants unsealed recently in the case of Chimene Onyeri, a person of interest in the Nov. 6 shooting of Travis County District Judge Julie Kocurek, reveal that officials were warned two weeks prior to the shooting that Onyeri was planning to kill an unnamed Travis County judge.
