About Camp Fun Brain
Camp Fun Brain was started by a local Austin teacher who was fed up with the ‘summer slide.’ Through targeted instruction, students will brush those cobwebs off by activating last year’s learning. They’ll refresh high impact math vocabulary and numerical fluency and dive deep into reading comprehension strategies. Every camper gets a one-on-one reading coaching session and small group math instruction daily. With hands on lessons, fast paced games, and targeted pencil and paper drills, your child will rev his or her academic engine and start the new school year in tip-top shape. Plus, boot camp can help your child ease back into the school year schedule.

Camp Fun Brain is open to students from kindergarten through fifth grade. Campers may attend one, two, or all three sessions. Half day (9:00 a.m. to noon) and full day (9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) options are available. All camps take place at Westover Hills Church in NW Austin (map).
