TORCHY’S GRAND OPENING SET FOR TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2015 AT 7AM
Opening Preview to Include Free Tacos and Complimentary Libations

SAN MARCOS – Torchy’s Tacos, the popular taco chain, is set to open in the former San Marcos United States Post Office, also known as Guadalupe Station, at 7AM on Tuesday, February 17th.

Torchy’s will occupy 4,000 square feet on the northeast corner of the building, located at 301 N Guadalupe. Fans of the concept should expect all-day full menu offerings, as well as full bar options and daily drink specials. Favorites include one of Torchy’s newest drinks, the Proud Mary, a not-so-average hangover cure dressed with a full slice of bacon and Torchy’s signature Diablo Hot Sauce (fire-roasted habanero chilies, vinegar, spices, and tomatoes).

The restaurant’s highly anticipated opening will be celebrated beginning Monday, February 16th at 6PM for a public preview event. Through 9PM, attendees are welcome to (2) tacos and (2) drinks of choice, as well as all-you-can-eat Green Chile Queso. An early arrival is recommended!

Guests can also anticipate a complimentary breakfast on Tuesday, February 17th between 7AM and 10AM. In honor of grand opening day, Torchy’s will be providing (1) free breakfast item per person as either a dine-in or to-go meal.
