Art Walk at Hill Country Galleria

Celebrating recently completed murals, including “Hi There” by Helena Sue Martin, outside of All Star Burger, Hill Country Galleria is hosting its first ever Art Walk. The walk will begin at the Bee Cave Arts Foundation, The Hive, where a walking guide will be provided. Guests will enjoy photo opportunities, meet-and-greet with local artists, receive a complimentary swag bag, enjoy beer and wine samples, and learn more about the different local galleries and collectives within the Galleria.

Moonlight Tower Run

Austin 10K’r invites you to join for a unique variety of fun running routes that will complement your Cap10K training. The Moonlight Tower Run is a creative 4 to 6-mile route that travels across the river into downtown to seek out two of only 16 remaining light towers. The Moonlight Towers were popularized in the 1993 movie ‘Dazed and Confused’ however; they’ve been a part of the Austin skyline since 1894. After the run you’ll be an expert in spotting these Texas historical landmarks. Enjoy mini moon pies, coffee, hot chocolate and other snacks when you finish. The Moonlight Tower Run will start and finish at the Austin American-Statesman.
Austin Humane Society Puppy Bowl

Are you ready for some football? Well, sure ya are. But are you ready for an epic day of delicious tailgate bites, MVPuppy races, Puppy Player predictions, Super Bowl Predictions, Pet Adoptions, and Puppy Bowl LIVE! That’s right, puppies playing football. Your own dogs playing football, too. They’ll kick-off at 11 a.m. at Austin Humane Society for tailgating fun, adorable adoptables, vendors, great eats, and drinks by Tito’s Handmade Vodka and New Belgium Brewery. Then the party heads down the road to Yard Bar for Puppy Bowl LIVE! starting at 2 p.m. Free for spectators!
