People’s Gallery 2015 Exhibition Opening Reception

Join in as Austin chooses its People’s Choice artist of the year. The FREE exhibition features artworks by over 100 artists with special exhibits from United Way for Greater Austin, AISD Creative Initiative students, and Art in Public Places. 2nd Street Soundcheck Music Festival

The 2ND Street District and Austin Monthly invite Austinites to attend the fourth annual 2ND Street Soundcheck! This FREE all-day music and street festival will feature twelve local and national bands, with headliner Ben Kweller. Come kick off Austin’s month of music with a day of live music, delicious food, cold Shiner Beer, local crafts and tasty treats from over a dozen community vendors – all raising awareness and funds for the Austin Music Foundation.
