Good news! Fairytale Threads’ Spring/Summer Consignment Event is coming up! From May 19-21, 2016, Austin families are invited to shop for high quality children’s items and clothing at the Austin Sports Center in South Austin.
Admission for the Fairytale Threads sale is free, and to make the deal even sweeter, we’re giving away another $50 gift certificate!

Fairytale Threads Consignment Events offer excellent deals on clothes for children of all ages and stages, from newborns to kids’ size 16, as well as books, gear and toys, maternity clothes, and more. Each and every item for sale has been carefully inspected to ensure that shoppers are choosing from only the highest quality items, including top brands and toys for all ages. And everything is priced to sell. Make room in your kids’ closets now, because you are sure to find plenty at the sale to fill them back up again!
Fairytale Threads’ public sales will be Thursday, May 19 through Saturday, May 21, but there are also presales on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 17 and 18, 2016.
New Mothers Can Shop Early
Are you expecting your first child, or have you recently become a mother for the first time? Sign up for the New Moms Presale! This special shopping opportunity, held Wednesday, May 18, 2016 from 6-9 p.m., is available to foster and adoptive families too! Just be sure to register in advance.
Teachers Can Shop Early
Teachers can also shop on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 from 5-9 p.m., the day before Fairytale Threads opens to the public! Just show your school ID at the door. New this year, there is a special teacher section at the sale, so you might find some great educational resources for your classroom.
First responders and members of the military are also invited to shop at the Wednesday presale for free, starting at 5 p.m. Just bring along an ID to show at the door.
Don’t fall into any of those categories? You can still shop at 6:30 p.m. at the Tuesday presale for a Super Shopper admission price of $10.
Note that, while children are allowed to attend the main shopping event, they are not admitted to the presales, except for infants in carriers/slings. Many shoppers find that leaving the kids at home is best, so they can really shop!
