Saturday Morning Run Club – Cedar Park & Austin Area

Looking for a **weekly run club** to build consistency, improve your **running form**, and train in a fun, supportive environment? Join **Coach Gina**, a **certified USATF Running Coach & WITS Level 2 Personal Trainer**, for a **5K- 10K group run** every **Saturday morning**!

**Location:** Varies weekly, mostly in **Cedar Park, TX**, and the **North Austin area**. Will be updated every Friday.

This **beginner-friendly running group** welcomes **all levels**—whether you’re just starting out, returning to running, or prefer lower-mileage training. It’s all about **staying motivated, improving endurance, and training smarter—not harder**.

* **5K- 10K route**—run, jog, or walk at your own pace
* **Expert coaching** on running technique, pacing, and injury prevention (monthly subscription required )
* **Cool-down & recovery tips** for better post-run performance
