Hosted on a spacious property surrounded by succulent farms and deer, this is the perfect start to your Sunday morning as a chance to truly recharge.
Alex will be leading a sequence of Breathwork (Wim Hof style, with some Kundalini thrown in), Ice Baths (2 mins/turn), and Spiraling Dragon Qigong.
Expect to start at 9 am and end by 10:30 am
