Join The Trail Foundation for our monthly series, Flow & Thrive. This month we are featuring Camp Gladiator!

The Trail Foundation is continuing our monthly wellness series, Flow & Thrive! This series will highlight guided activities such as yoga, meditation, and workouts to help boost your overall wellness.

This month join us for a fun and challenging workout program led by Camp Gladiator! This workout will be a 60-minute, full-body, functional workout for all fitness levels.

About The Trail Foundation

The Trail Foundation (TTF) works to protect, enhance, and connect the Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail at Lady Bird Lake for the benefit of all. Since our formation in 2003 as a 501(c)(3), we have fulfilled our mission through careful improvements to the Trail’s infrastructure and environment, while honoring the original vision of the Trail’s founders. In 2003, we formed the Town Lake Trail Foundation to continue the work of the Citizen’s Committee and ensure that the heart of Austin stays strong. In 2008, inspired by the renaming of the lake, we adopted the name The Trail Foundation

About Camp Gladiator

Camp Gladiator believes people everywhere should experience a life-changing fitness community, with amazing Trainers at convenient locations, for an affordable price. Their vision is to be everywhere there are people.

Camp Gladiator started because the fitness industry was missing something. They designed a fun and challenging workout community dedicated to changing lives! What began in a parking lot in Dallas, TX with 40 Campers has multiplied to over 3,500 locations across the nation. They focus on group fitness because they believe we are all Better Together.
