AJC, UWSA, Amala Foundation, and other community organizers are putting together an Undoing Racism training in January. We invite you to join us to raise funds to sponsor community members to participate in this much-needed training. Come out to learn more about the anti-racist work and community in Austin, to get information on how you can get involved, to help grow this dedicated community, and to be amongst folks who are driven to make Austin a better home to all people.

About the training: The People’s Institute for Survival and Beyond focuses on understanding what racism is, where it comes from, how it functions, why it persists and how it can be undone. Our workshops utilize a systemic approach that emphasizes learning from history, developing leadership, maintaining accountability to communities, creating networks, undoing internalized racial oppression and understanding the role of organizational gate keeping as a mechanism for perpetuating racism.
