Saint Arnold Beer Dinner

Join us for the return of our monthly Texas craft beer pairing dinner series featuring a multi-course dinner prepared by chefs Rob Snow and Todd Engel at Greenhouse Craft Food on Sunday, July 24.

This dinner will be inspired and paired with beers from Houston’s Saint Arnold Brewing Company, Texas’ oldest craft brewery, and will feature an expertly crafted and curated menu to highlight the Texas brewery’s best brews including specials releases from their Bishop’s Barrel Series!

Tickets: $64.12 ($50 plus tax + tip)

Bacon wrapped quail / Round Rock Honey soy glaze, field greens, sweet potato, soy nuts

Course 2: Bishop’s Barrel #12
Cured smoked jumbo gulf shrimp / micro arugula, loquat oil, garlic chili sauce, cherries, papadam

Course 3: Amber Ale
Pork belly / bacon-onion marmalade, Brussels sprouts, candied pecans

Course 4: Art Car IPA
Wagyu beef, rosemary citrus risotto cake, enoki mushrooms, ver jus blanc

Course 5: Bishop’s Barrel #14
Chocolate bourbon mousse, espresso crème anglaise, almond brittle
