Celebrate International Day of Yoga with Free Yoga & Meditation

In 2015, the United Nations General Assembly unanimously declared June 21 as the International Day of Yoga.


Over the past 4 years, Isha has taken monumental steps to bring to life this day as a major offering of yoga and a possibility for people of all age groups, religions, nationalities and social backgrounds to experience meditativeness, expanding their perception of life from individuality to universality.


To celebrate the 5th International Yoga Day, Isha will be offering Free Yoga and Meditation sessions across Austin. Created by Sadhguru yogi, mystic and the foremost authority on yoga; These sessions will be conducted by a trained Isha Facilitator and offer simple, yet potent tools to enhance health, joy, peace, love, success and inner exploration, helping one cope with the hectic pace of modern life and realize their full potential in all spheres of life

– Can relieve stress and anxiety

– Greater sense of peace and joy

– Takes only 5-10 minutes to practice daily
